1. Place your finger on to ink pad
2. Gently touch the paper and slowly lift your finger.
3. Make sure the image is clear.
4. Take a picture and email it to us.
5. Stone setting available for an additional charge.

Rings with carbon fiber or wood inlay can be engrave on the inside only.
PAYMENT
Any order with value under $200.00 will be shipped by USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail with insurance and delivery conformation. More valuable packages will be shipped via UPS with insurance and signature conformation for the safety of the delivery.
You will receive an email with the tracking details the day we send your package.

Your order will be made and shipped after full payment is cleared.
I accept PayPal - the secure on line payment system, or if you do not have PayPal account you you can use Direct Check Out - Etsy's own check out system that accepts most major credit cards.
For Express shipping and rush orders please contact us in advance.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE
Return or Exchange can be processed for non custom made rings only.The ring must be returned in it's original condition. Customers are responsible for the 25% restocking fee and shipping charges.
Please include a note with your name, contact information and reason for an exchange.
If it is for a size exchange , include the old size and the size requested.
Custom made or Engraved Rings are not eligible for any exchange or return.
RING SIZE
Make sure that the ring size is correct before you place a order. If you are not sure about your size I will recommend you to meet a local jeweler and ask him to check your ring size. You need to specify that you are looking for a comfort fit ring to get the correct size. If there is comfort fit rings at the jewelry store, try one that fits you the best and find out the size of that specific ring.
Comfort fit bands normally run from 1/4 up to 1/2 size larger, therefore the next smaller size is recommended.
