The ELGIN hallmark is etched on the watch plates in a flourished script. Original regulator pin is still present and the balance wheel will spin with a flick of your finger. The edges are beveled and has a gleaming, chrome finish. The ring is just fabulous for anyone! I have added a large genuine olive, faceted Swarovski crystal for added color. The watch piece is TORCH SOLDERED on a silver plated filigree adjustable ring form with long, sweeping scroll designs.
