Vintage sterling silver baby or midi ring that is set with a heart shaped red ruby.The ruby has been tested and it is corundum, but my tester does not tell me of the ruby is natural or lab created.As you can see in the photo, there is a small gap between the stone and the bezel. There is no movement or danger of it falling out. Size 2. Has a faint 925 mark. Acid tests sterling silver.Weighs 1.4 grams.It has scratches from wear. It is tarnished and has not been cleaned or polished to preserve the patina and value as a true vintage piece.What a great find!
