A little sterling knot (about 6mm) dances around a 3mm lab created ruby gemstone. It will sit up about 3 - 4mm from your nose and has been antiqued and polished to show the detail. It can also be done all bright and shiny - just let me know your preference at checkout. If no details are given re: antiquing, it will come antiqued.
