Antique Victorian Edwardian Ruby Red 14K Gold Ring

Antique Victorian - Edwardian Era ring. Circa 1900 - 1910s.

Small sparkly faceted pinkish red stone (not sure if genuine, paste, doublet, or simulated) measures about 3mm. Prong set; secure. Sits up slightly in setting for a nice effect. Decorative almost leaf-like tapered sides curve up from the shoulders. Tiny etched lines to sides/shoulders.

Lovingly engraved inside with initials, looks like maybe F. L.

Stamped inside with makers mark, a symbol plus 14 K inside an oval (not familiar with this mark). Tests for 14K gold. Rich yellow hue.

In very good used antique condition. Some light surface wear to metal. Could use a clean/polish. Stone is dirty underneath as well (convo me and I can clean for you... but usually leave "as is" since many prefer to do it themselves). Light wear to a few of the facets of the stone when seen under a loupe; looks good to the naked eye, no chips, pretty color...

Nice dainty antique ring! Smooth and comfortable to wear. Found in an antique store in southern Indiana.

Size 6.25.

Will ship PRIORITY US small box to include insurance, tracking, and delivery confirmation.
