Bridget is a fabulous, natural ruby and diamond 18kt white gold ring, most likely dating from the seventies. The rubies are such an incredible deep red, no pink, just the proper color for rubies. They have the most perfect, characteristic inclusions but are not cloudy, really lovely genuine rubies! They have most likely been heat treated, a very common treatment for rubies. The diamonds are tiny and add just the right amount of sparkle to accent the fineness of the rubies. Bridget is unmarked, no doubt because she was sized down at some point, but tests as 18kt. She can be resized. What a fine, lovely, charming piece!
