Stamped 14K yellow gold, circa 1940s-50s, emerald cut stone which is either a genuine garnet or a synthetic ruby, about a size 6 with a sizer that fits a size 5.Lovely and elegant styling with little cut out heart shapes on each side of the shank. Resizable if needed, though that will be up to the next owner. Very good vintage condition with minimal wear.
