ANTIQUE 14K YG Beautiful and Impressive Art Deco filigree Shield Ring.
Flattering on the hand. Slimming and elegant!
Size as shown is approx about 6 & 3/4 but easily can be sized as it is 14K gold. I wear a 5-6 on my ring finger but wore this on my index finger very comfortably. After I got my wedding set I wore it as a cocktail ring for over 20 years.
It has a setting of 2 small rubies or garnets (not sure) on either side of a small diamond in the center.
Georgous detail and the filigree is exceptional.
Would make a one of a kind gift for yourself or someone special! TUCK AWAY for that "perfect" ROMANTIC gift!
I have owned this ring for many years and had so many compliments on it! I don't know the exact year of this ring but I have had it since the late 80's and was told it was owned by a friends mother. Given to me by my husband when my original wedding set was lost.
Normal wear. Beautiful Patina.
It's an eyecatcher and a stunner.
Do not know the tcw.
Lays flush and graceful on the finger.
Filigree Deco rings in yellow gold are not common -most of these rings were white gold.
Ring is gorgeous -
Filigree is very crisp with normal wear and band is solid. Never had it cleaned.

REGARDING CLOTHES & SIZING: Always measure any clothing items before you purchase. Never go by the size alone as vintage items always tend to measure smaller than today's standards. The best way to measure is take your best fitting garment like the one you are looking to buy here. Lay it flat and unstretched (this is how I measure the garments) If the measurements are the same as mine listed here you should have a good fit/match.
U.S.A. SHIPPING CHARGES: I usually charge the same for BOTH the original item and additional item as I do not know what "other" type of items you will be purchasing. If you are purchasing a "like" item I will adjust this for you before you pay if you let me know. In the United States if shipping cost look high for your area I can adjust before you pay if you choose. I try to cover the costs of packaging materials, gas to postal center to ship as well as some items are tracked & insured which is an additional cost.
Once payment is made and parcel is shipped I will refund any overpayment of $2.00 or more.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES: Due to the costs of international shipping as well as the inability to track a package once it leaves the United States.
I no longer offer that service as of 3-12. If there is an item you really really want contact me to discuss and we may be able to agree after we review shipping costs and responsibility. All other shipping once payment is made and parcel is shipped I will refund any overpayment of $2.00 or more.
