~Steampunkology~~~This big, bold, intricate Steampunk ring is a mixture of old and NOS vintage.The base for this piece is a silver tone, NOS/vintage, adjustable size, Avon ring. It's a very durable ring base with a high gloss silver-tone finish that will last for many,many years. Attached is the Pièce de résistance, a large, 15 jewel, Swiss watch movement. This vintage movement is epic, I'm not sure of it's age, possibly from the 1920's or earlier. The movement looks as though it's anchored to the ring base at both ends with large, mirror-finished, pocket watch screws. This is a large, prominent, remarkable ring... nobody will miss.~~~Ring top measurements are: 1 1/4" long x 5/8" wide OR 31.5mm x 16mm, sits up off the finger just over 1/8" OR 7mm.
