Art Deco 0.85 Carat Ruby & 1.70 Carat Old Cut Diamond Trilogy Engagement Ring, Platinum, circa 1925

An impressive trio of gems in this fine Art Deco trilogy engagement ring. Three stones are of matching dimensions and are rubover and milgrain set. The ruby is a deep pigeon blood red, shot through with flashes of crimson. Two old mine cut diamonds - both high white, and both exceptionally lively - flank the ruby. Sleek and classy.

Cut - Round cut ruby and two old mine / miner cut diamonds.

Colour - Diamonds are I; near colourless.

Clarity - Ruby is SI, but this does not impact on the brightness of the stone. One diamond is VS2, one is SI1; both are clean to the naked eye

Carat - Each of the stones is approximately 0.85 carat

Condition - Excellent.

Circa - 1925.

Measurements - From edge of diamond to edge of diamond is 18.1mm and 7.1mm. Sits 5.1mm from the finger.

Size - Currently I 1/2 (UK) or 4 1/2 (US). Complementary sizing is available, can go up or down.

Metal - Platinum. Tested.
