For your consideration is a charming Art Deco ring crafted of 18kt white gold. The piece features a delightful .085ct rose colored ruby bead set within a .240 x .240” square grooved frame. It is flanked on either side by open filigree in addition to milgrain detail throughout its .205” wide shoulders down to the .095” wide upper shank. The remaining portion of the size 4 ¾ ring contains a smooth polished finish gently tapering to .050” at the base. There is a small seam at the base of the ring from a previous repair however it does not affect the wearability of the piece and it is only visible with close examination. Additionally, the hollow upper shank has suffered a small dent that is not offensive. The opposite shoulder contains a bead of solder on the inside to reinforce the metal. The piece is stamped 18kt in addition to an illegible makers mark. It weighs 1.1dwt.
