This huge chunky handmade ring hails from the Art Deco Period, but it reminds me of some pieces designed during the Belle Époque Era. The diamonds are small rose cuts and I counted 19 prong set in the center. Some of them have a champagne hue. There are also 18 beautifully faceted round rubies in an outer halo or target style. There are some inclusions so they appear genuine. There are also 6 additional rose cut diamonds on the band. The inner bezel is white gold and the rest of the ring is a warm rose gold. The setting is stamped 585 for 14 karat gold and it is very intricate with hand carved hearts on the sides. Head size is 15 mm x 17 mm, and it sits 6 to 7 mm above the finger (high setting). It is a size 8 and weighs 6.33 grams.
Please let me know if you have any questions. It is a beautiful piece. I have other vintage rings listed and I will combine shipping.
