You have 7 days to inspect any jewelry, diamond or gemstone purchased, and decide if it's to your satisfaction. If you decide you'd like to return it, you can do so and request a refund or exchange, whichever you prefer.
**Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with no damage or alteration. The original shipping cost is not refundable. Jewelry that has been, resized or altered in any way cannot be returned. Please contact me for prior approval before making a return. Items must be shipped with full value insurance, tracking and require signature on delivery. Buyer pays for return shipping.**
I offer a one-time free repair on all of my Jewelry also. As with most rings I would recommend having them cleaned and inspected annually by a professional. I am unable to cover loss of stones.
LAYAWAY OPTION:
We offer a 60 or 90 day Layaway Plan. It requires 20% down. You can pick weekly, bi-weekly or monthly Payments. The ring will ship once it is paid in Full. **If for any reason the item is not paid in Full by the end of 60 - 90 days the Shop keeps the original Down payment as a re-stock fee.** The remainder paid will be refunded to the customer immediately.
