Amazing Natural 2.54 Carat Ruby & Diamond Ring is Elegantly set in solid 925 sterling silver in this beautiful diamond halo style design. Gemologist Note: Ruby exhibits excellent pigeon blood red color saturation and balance. Ruby a variety of Corundum that derives color from differing amounts and combinations of trace elements of chromium & iron that creates a red color. Measurement of the oval cut ruby is 8.95 mm x 6.95 mm x 4.20 mm and has a hardness of 9 on the Mohs scale. This Ruby has been subjected to heat treatment with lead glass. The 36 round brilliant cut diamonds have excellent Brilliance and Fire. Clarity of the 36 round brilliant diamonds range from I1-I2 and the Color ranges from G-H-I. Total weight of the ring is 2.13 grams and is a size 7 3/4.
